Once players register for either the Fall or Winter session a draft takes place for each of the letter leagues (excluding F) and Women's where players are chosen by volunteer captains overseen by the league commissioner.
If you are new to WAHA and looking to register for a session but unsure of what league to register for, make sure to attend a few drop in sessions offered by both the Stumptown Ice Den and Woodland Ice Center. Drop ins are typically scheduled by playing ability (A & B, B & C, etc) and are a great way to find out where your skill level is relative to WAHA’s sessions and leagues.
